At IAMLL LLC, we believe that every person has a story—and that story has the power to inspire growth, create change, and shape a better future.
IAMLL is built on the principles of authentic leadership, personal development, mentorship, and purposeful living. Leroy’s own journey has been shaped by trials, tribulations, challenges, and valuable life lessons. Through years of reflection and personal growth, he discovered that the experiences that once presented obstacles could become powerful sources of motivation.
Today, Leroy uses those experiences to help others recognize their own potential and move forward with confidence.
Through life coaching, mentoring, and public speaking, IAMLL provides encouragement, guidance, and practical strategies designed to help individuals grow personally, academically, and professionally.
Whether you are a high school student preparing for your next chapter, a college student navigating new opportunities, or an adult seeking greater direction and purpose, IAMLL is committed to helping you turn your experiences into strength and your goals into action.
Our mission is to inspire, empower, and equip individuals to become the best versions of themselves through authentic leadership and intentional personal development.
We believe real transformation begins with being honest about where you have been, understanding where you are today, and having the courage to pursue where you want to go.
